What we achieved
Description
Xeryon wanted to make their high-precision piezo actuators accessible to potential customers without requiring physical shipments or coordinated demonstrations. We built the Remote Demo Station, an interactive web application that connects directly to actuators in Xeryon’s lab, allowing users to control the hardware in real time.
With the platform, prospects could:
- test actuator movement, speed, precision, and positioning
- run predefined engineering scenarios
- send custom commands and see live responses
- compare different actuator models instantly
The impact was immediate. Engineers and technical buyers could evaluate hardware instantly, resulting in more qualified leads, shorter sales cycles, and an overall smoother buying experience. The demo became a central sales tool, replacing long scheduling processes and reducing the number of physical demo units needed.
