These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Web895 services and website (www.web895.com). By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Web895 provides web design, development, digital strategy, e-commerce solutions, web applications, and related services (“Services”). All services are subject to project-specific agreements, proposals, or contracts that outline the scope, timelines, and deliverables.

2. Quotes, Proposals, and Orders

All project quotes or proposals are valid for a specified period (usually 30 days) unless otherwise stated.
Acceptance of a quote or proposal constitutes a binding agreement for the scope of work described.
Web895 reserves the right to decline or modify any order or project request.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are due according to the agreed schedule in the project proposal or contract.
Standard payment terms: 50% upfront, 50% upon project completion, unless otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.
All prices are in EUR unless otherwise specified, and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.

4. Changes and Revisions

Client-requested changes beyond the original scope may require additional fees and/or extended timelines.
Web895 will provide estimates for additional work prior to proceeding.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project completion.
Clients are responsible for obtaining rights for any content (text, images, media) supplied to Web895.
Delays in providing materials or approvals may affect project timelines and fees.

6. Intellectual Property

Web895 retains ownership of all pre-existing intellectual property, tools, software, and methodologies used in delivering services.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or license rights for project deliverables as specified in the agreement.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or use of Web895 intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Web895 strives to deliver high-quality, functional, and secure services.
Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Web895 does not warrant that services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Clients acknowledge that certain outcomes, such as increased sales or performance metrics, cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web895 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of services or deliverables.
Web895’s total liability for any claim relating to services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project or service.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive information disclosed during the project.
Confidential information includes trade secrets, strategies, and any non-public information shared in connection with the project.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed to date.
Any deliverables completed prior to termination will be delivered upon full payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and any project agreements are governed by the laws of Belgium.
Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Leuven, Belgium.

12. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain enforceable.
Web895 may update these Terms at any time; continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Clients may not assign or transfer obligations under these Terms without Web895’s written consent.
